As a Senior Lawyer at Social Discovery Group, you will be responsible for providing legal support to European, US, and foreign companies. Your responsibilities will include: Incorporation, reorganization, and liquidation of companies in various jurisdictions, including Malta, Latvia, USA, Cyprus, and Singapore. Registration of non-resident employees and obtaining residence permits. Legal support for M&A and R&D projects. Trademark registration. Opening accounts in financial institutions.
3+ years experience as a lawyer in international IT companies
Knowledge of IP law (Trademark\copyright\patent registration in the US, EU etc.)
Knowledge of European law/experience with European projects
Fluent English and Russian
Good to have:
Knowledge of American law/experience with the United States projects
Consumer and Data protection experience

Your main tasks will be:

We expect from you:
3+ years of experience as a lawyer in international IT companies
Knowledge of IP law (Trademark\copyright\patent registration in the US, EU etc.)
Knowledge of European law/experience with European projects (a must)
Knowledge of American law/experience with the United States projects (nice to have)
Consumer and Data protection experience
Fluent English and Russian.
