Job Description

The Senior Measurement Lead, Incrementality will define and lead the sector incrementality and experiment strategy to increase overall usage. Responsibilities include establishing and executing sales/product strategies for specific clients, identifying business growth opportunities, managing stakeholder relationships, and sharing best practices. The role requires expertise in Google's incrementality measurement capabilities (Conversion Lift, Sales Lift, Causal Impact, A/B testing), cross-media disciplines (MMM, MTA, Modern Measurement), and influencing cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles, with experience working with digital organizations and a proven ability to develop scalable solutions.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with senior leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience identifying and recommending new processes, procedures, and methods for product adoption strategy, addressing future needs by partnering and collaborating with regional partners/stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Google Incrementality measurement capabilities across, Conversion Lift, Sales Lift and various experiment approaches such as Causal Impact, A/B and more.
  • Knowledge of cross-media disciplines such as MMM, MTA, and Modern Measurement.
  • Ability to be a thought leader of Google products, competitive and third-party landscapes.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across teams and functions to address customer needs.

As the Retail Measurement Lead for Incrementality, you will define and lead the sector incrementality and experiment strategy to increase overall usage, partnering with sector leads and Go-To-Market.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$169,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute sales/product strategies within functions to specific clients to meet desired outcomes (e.g., business generation, product adoption, etc.), align product and business strategies to develop a roadmap, and provide feedback to inform and align product and go-to Market (GTM) strategies.
  • Identify business growth opportunities within the market and for customers and work with internal stakeholders to determine and drive the business growth, potential of opportunities, and marketing efficiency, and the incremental investment recommended to achieve customer business outcomes.
  • Manage expectations and maintain relationships with stakeholders to build credibility, and plan, create, and deliver strategy, provide input to help stakeholders achieve project goals.
  • Share and scale best practices, learnings, and business strategies (e.g., objection handling, pitching, business techniques, etc.) to upscale accounts, and link solutions to meet customer and Google business needs.
