PARTNER OPERATIONS - EPIC GAMES STORE

What We Do

The Store Operations & Release Management team within the Epic Games Store works closely with external partners and our Account Management, Technical, Marketing, Social, QA, and many other internal teams to drive the product release effort as we build and maintain the premier multi-platform storefront across PC and Mobile.

What You'll Do

Epic Games is looking for an experienced, partner-focused Senior Partner Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the end-to-end release process for onboarding to the Epic Games Store (EGS). In this position, you will work closely with external partners and our Account Management, Technical, Marketing, Social, QA, and many other internal teams to drive the product release effort as we build the premier online storefront across PC and mobile.

In this role, you will

  • Learn the processes and toolsets involved with provisioning partners and enabling the configuration and publishing of their products on EGS
  • Educate and empower partners to follow best practices for a successful launch
  • Provide transparency on release status and risks to internal stakeholders
  • Contribute insights on the resource needs of the Store Operations & Release Management team
  • Identify and execute cost-efficient solutions for tool and process improvements
  • Become a leader in Partner Readiness expertise for onboarding products and additional content on the store
  • Mentor and develop junior Partner Operations Release Managers

What we're looking for

  • 7 - 10 years of experience in developing and managing partnerships
  • Strong preference for applicants with exposure to the games industry release process, particularly for mobile storefronts
  • Proven tolerance for ambiguity and willingness to pick up any tasks thrown your way to support the team effort
  • Ability to leave things better than they found them, constantly pushing for improvements in our process, tools, documentation, quality, and partner experience
  • Familiarity with Jira, Trello, and Salesforce
  • Experienced in people management (hire/develop/train)

This role is open to multiple locations (including CA & WA).

Pay Transparency Information

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).
