What You'll Do

Epic Games is looking for a Consumer Products Operations Manager to join our team. You’ll collaborate with business and discipline stakeholders to facilitate the development of Consumer Products launches spanning across Epic’s brands, including Fortnite Battle Royale, LEGO Fortnite, Fortnite Festival, Rocket Racing, Rocket League, Fall Guys. The ideal candidate is passionate about process, documentation, workflow improvements, operational efficiencies, and knowledgeable about the physical product development process.

In this role, you will

  • Aid in capacity planning efforts to predict upcoming bandwidth constraints, scheduling conflicts, and staffing needs; consistently evaluate priority, urgency, and impact for requests and facilitate alignment with team leadership and partner agencies on support strategies
  • Update, organize and maintain team documentation, ensuring all information is current and reflects the needs of the team
  • Liaise with Creative and Development Production to ensure all required assets are delivered to partners on time
  • Build out various reporting dashboards and program trackers as needed in software such as Airtable and Tableau
  • Participate in the creative review process to ensure high-quality product, track identified action items, and follow up to ensure they are completed
  • Ingest and track incoming assets, approvals, and contract requests from partners, collaborating with applicable cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are on time and at the right quality
  • Accurately track stakeholder feedback and relay to partners on schedule

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of proven experience in a multidisciplinary role where you've supported cross-functional teams (eg. Legal, Finance, Marketing, Creative, Production, Product owners, external agencies and partners) in the creation and delivery of complex projects
  • 5+ years of experience working in customer or partner-facing roles
  • Experience with entertainment properties and brand licensing
  • Very strong organizational skills
  • Self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically, seeing through to final resolution
  • Ability to adapt and be effective in new situations within a highly dynamic environment
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills, able to work effectively with Sr. Leadership
  • Well-versed in Airtable and other project management software
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends, Consumer Products landscape, and product development process
  • Quality control, demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality

This role is open to multiple locations (including CA, NYC, & WA).

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).

$89,528$131,307 USD
California Base Pay Range
$78,785$115,551 USD
Washington Base Pay Range
$75,203$110,298 USD
