The role involves identifying, structuring, and developing impactful projects, managing a multidisciplinary team, animating a network of over 100 video game studios, and representing the association to partners in France and internationally. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the promotion of French video game talent and creations.
Must Have
- Good knowledge of the video game sector
- Proficiency in project management or event coordination
- Excellent oral and written communication, in French and English
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management / event organization

- Ability to support entrepreneurs in our network on strategic issues (business, financing, team management...)
- A strong interest in public and political affairs
- Previous experience within a professional organization (association, union...)

Senior Project Manager
Job Description
Capital Games, the Île-de-France network of video game companies, is looking to recruit a senior project manager to further improve the quality of the services and events it has organized for over 15 years, serving the entire video game industry.
By joining Capital Games, you will actively participate in the influence of the Île-de-France video game industry in France and internationally, and enrich your network at the heart of a creative, dynamic, and human-sized industry.
Project Management
Your mission will be to identify, structure, and develop sustainable and high-impact projects. You will play a driving role in the conception, response, and piloting of these projects, at the intersection of video games, innovation, and cultural and creative industries.
With the support of the General Director, you will notably be responsible for the proper conduct and organization of projects led by the association, such as Paris Games Biz, a strategic B2B event bringing together more than 150 international professionals from the sector, or Games Made In France, the Twitch event promoting French video games in France and beyond its borders.
Team Management and Network Animation
In close collaboration with the General Director, you will lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure the smooth running of operations. You are responsible for the proper functioning of this team, the coordination of its missions, and the monitoring of projects.
You will also animate a network of over 100 video game studios, developing value-added services and providing individualized support.
Representation of the Association
As an ambassador for Capital Games, you will represent the association and its network to various partners. You will ensure active and strategic monitoring, participate in key sector events in France and abroad, and carry the voice of the Île-de-France ecosystem wherever you go.
Desired Profile
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of the video game sector.
