JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a hands-on 01 Senior Manual QA to join our team. The right candidate should have an excellent track record in maintaining strong overall quality control of products adhering to reliability, performance and customer expectation. We require a person with excellent English and Vietnamese verbal and written communication skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Being a team player
• Reading and comprehending detailed technical documentation to:
• Author new, and expand on existing, feature documents. Strong writing skills are a must
• Formulate detailed test plans - both automated and manual
• Create demo videos for training purposes
• Collaborating with Business Analysts, Product Management, Developers, and other team members to ensure delivery of high-quality software
• Execution of manual test cases
• Following a rigorous software development process to deliver the highest quality software
• Work on automation of test cases

• Formal QA and/or BA methodology
• At least 7 years of experience as QA Manual Engineer
• High proficiency in English is a must
• RESTful API testing (manual and automated)
• Experience with Postman - ASP.NET Web API 2 experience is desirable.
• Automated testing frameworks (GUI/web) would be a plus - Protractor, Selenium, Mocha, Katalon
• Experience working on high-volume and legacy production systems (hệ thống chịu tải lớn hay dự án có lượng người dùng lớn)
• Detail oriented and meticulous

Note:

• This role will handle 95% manual and 5% automation > At least 7 years of experience in QA Manual is required
• Experience working on high-volume and legacy production systems (hệ thống chịu tải lớn hay dự án có lượng người dùng lớn)
• Fluent in English is a must
• Ideal age: born in 1985 - 1995
• Experience in the aviation industry, booking systems, cargo management system is highly preferred
• Team structure: 15 members including FE Developers, QA and Mobile Developers
• Working day: Mon to Fri (9 AM - 5 PM) - Work from office on Wed and Fri
• This role will sign contract with legal entity in Canada
• Company pays Gross base monthly USD; employee need to audit tax & pay insurance by themself
• 6 months of probation and no notice of termination is required during this period
