Job Summary
Arηs Group, part of Accenture, is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer for a client in the Belgian Health Insurance domain. The role focuses on ensuring the availability, performance, security, and scalability of IT systems and infrastructures. Responsibilities include automating deployments, designing resilient architectures, managing CI/CD pipelines, operational maintenance, monitoring, incident recovery, and collaborating with development teams to enhance application robustness and observability. The ideal candidate will combine operations, automation, and software development skills.
Must Have
- Minimum 5 years experience in operations or SRE/DevOps.
- Experience in SRE, DevOps, or technical coordination in an ITIL environment.
- Mastery of Kafka, Kubernetes, Java/JVM, and monitoring.
- Fluent in French and Dutch, with technical English proficiency.
- Mastery of production environments.
- Solid experience in automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Experience with monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ElasticSearch).
- CI/CD skills (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Go, Bash).
- Network knowledge (DNS, load balancing, security, firewalls).

Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Belgian Health Insurance domain.
Context
Ensure the availability, performance, security, and scalability of the client’s systems and IT infrastructures by combining skills in operations, automation, and software development.
Role & responsibilities
- Automating the deployment, monitoring, and management of systems.
- Participating in the design and implementation of resilient and secure architectures.
- Managing and industrializing CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
- Ensuring the operational maintenance of critical infrastructures and services.
- Defining, monitoring, and improving reliability and performance indicators.
- Contributing to incident recovery and business continuity procedures.
- Implementing and administering monitoring, alerting, and centralized logging tools.
- Collaborating with development teams to improve the observability and robustness of applications.
- Staying updated on best practices in SRE, DevOps, and Cloud/On-Prem.
Qualifications
Your profile
- Confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) in operations or SRE/DevOps.
- Experience in SRE, DevOps, or technical coordination in an ITIL environment.
- Mastery of technical environments: Kafka, Kubernetes, Java/JVM, monitoring.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
- Trilingual: fluent in French and Dutch, technical English.
- Service-oriented, rigorous, and collaborative spirit.
Technical skills
- Mastery of production environments.
