Job Description

As a Site Reliability Engineer at Remote, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and reliability of our platform. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining systems that support our global remote workforce. This includes monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing our infrastructure to deliver a seamless experience for our users. You will also be involved in automating tasks, implementing security measures, and developing tools to improve our operational efficiency. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SRE who can contribute to our mission of empowering businesses to employ anyone, anywhere, compliantly.
Must have:
  • Strong experience with Linux and cloud platforms
  • Expertise in automation and scripting
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools
  • Deep understanding of networking and security principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Good to have:
  • Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration tools
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
