This position is for a studio manager who will lead the studio and ensure high-quality content production. Responsibilities include developing and executing overall studio operational strategies, optimizing production workflows, managing studio members, and ensuring adherence to deadlines. The studio team is responsible for all aspects of 3D LIVE production, including models, stages, and performances for projects like "ぶいすぽっ！" and "RIOT MUSIC". The manager will work with character modeling, stage production, technology development, and motion capture teams to create events and may also work on projects with partner companies. The ideal candidate will be someone with a broad perspective, strong task and management skills, a desire to enhance the quality of video content and events, and the motivation to provide new entertainment to the world. They should have experience in team management, and experience in improving efficiency and productivity in production environments.
