We are looking for a proactive and results driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in leading end-to-end processes as well as identifying and engaging top talent.
The perfect candidate should possess a keen eye for identifying potential candidates, the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders, but most importantly, have a can-do approach and positive energy.
Responsibilities:
- Partner directly with hiring managers to understand their teams' hiring needs and team dynamics
- Source talent through internet research, networking, competitive intelligence gathering, employee and candidate referrals
- Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through creative sourcing techniques
- Work with data to analyze metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and recruitment process
- Proactively initiate projects/programs to solve bottlenecks and challenges within the recruitment process
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of in-house relevant recruiting and sourcing experience (ideally in a product company)
- Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills
- Team player with a "can-do" attitude, willing to collaborate and contribute to our team’s success
- Ability to work in an ambiguous and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements
- Ability to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines
- Data-driven with hands-on experience analyzing conversion funnels and sourcing metrics to optimize sourcing strategies
