Playtika seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment processes and identify top talent. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through various channels (internet research, networking, referrals), generating a strong candidate pipeline, optimizing recruitment strategies using data analysis, ensuring positive candidate experiences, and proactively addressing recruitment bottlenecks. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and consultative skills, a collaborative 'can-do' attitude, adaptability, and experience analyzing conversion funnels and sourcing metrics.

We are looking for a proactive and results driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in leading end-to-end processes as well as identifying and engaging top talent. 

The perfect candidate should possess a keen eye for identifying potential candidates, the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders, but most importantly, have a can-do approach and positive energy. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Partner directly with hiring managers to understand their teams' hiring needs and team dynamics 
  • Source talent through internet research, networking, competitive intelligence gathering, employee and candidate referrals 
  • Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through creative sourcing techniques 
  • Work with data to analyze metrics and optimize recruitment strategies 
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and recruitment process
  • Proactively initiate projects/programs to solve bottlenecks and challenges within the recruitment process 

Requirements: 

  • At least 3+ years of in-house relevant recruiting and sourcing experience (ideally in a product company)
  • Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills 
  • Team player with a "can-do" attitude, willing to collaborate and contribute to our team’s success 
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements 
  • Ability to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines 
  • Data-driven with hands-on experience analyzing conversion funnels and sourcing metrics to optimize sourcing strategies
