Job Description

Activision is seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter for a 6-month temporary role. This individual will manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing top talent across multiple teams. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, developing talent pipelines, coordinating with ATS (Workday, Eightfold), and managing offer packages and onboarding. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to build positive relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Must Have:
  • 8+ years of recruiting experience
  • Previous end-to-end recruiting experience, preferably in-house at a high-tech or gaming company
  • Deep knowledge and experience in direct candidate sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation
  • Proficiency in Boolean search string creation and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ability to manage the full end-to-end lifecycle recruitment process
  • Experience partnering closely with hiring managers
  • Ability to proactively develop a pipeline of key future talent
  • Experience coordinating and maintaining data accuracy with ATS (Workday, Eightfold)
  • Strong partner management skills and ability to build positive relationships
  • Self-motivated with a history of exceeding high-performance standards
  • Analytical and methodical approach, with ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to handle critical and confidential information appropriately

6-Month Temporary

Your Mission

We are looking for a passionate and experienced recruiter with strong sourcing and candidate relationship skills to manage recruiting across multiple teams on a temporary basis. This role will focus on hiring our top talent, serve as the point of contact for hiring managers, and be responsible for delivery of recruiting services to our business. You will help drive the sourcing strategy and partner with team members in the execution of these critical components of talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will successfully handle, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the full end-to-end lifecycle recruitment process including partnering closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide relevant data.
  • Proactively develop a pipeline of key future talent - implement networking strategies that identifies, maps and leverages engagement with top talent to meet the demands of the business.
  • Coordinate and remain “data accurate” with our ATS (Workday, Eightfold) and provide reporting on recruitment metrics as requested.
  • Partner with different internal collaborators on a range of end of cycle tasks including offer packages, reference & background checks through to onboarding.
  • Other ad-hoc Talent Acquisition tasks and projects as required.

Player Profile

  • 8 years + recruiting experience.
  • Previous end-to-end recruiting experience, preferably gained in-house at a high-tech or gaming company.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in direct candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation – Boolean search string creation and LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a must!
  • Self-motivated with a history of exceeding high-performance standards - able to handle various pressure situations and workload through proper work balance and prioritization.
  • Partner management is key - able to create and build positive relationships at all levels by using excellent interpersonal skills and customer management experience.
  • Analytical and methodical approach, with an ability to work autonomously while using internal resources to inform decisions.
  • Ability to handle critical and confidential information appropriately.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $80,800.00 - $149,400.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
