Job Description

As a Talent Brand Coordinator at King, you will be an integral part of the Employer Brand Team, focusing on implementing and measuring talent attraction campaigns. Your role involves enhancing career websites, analyzing their performance to optimize candidate experience, and supporting key projects that advance King's talent attraction strategy. This temporary 12-month position requires a blend of project management, digital platform expertise, and a strong understanding of employer branding to attract world-class talent.

Your Role Within the Kingdom

As a Talent Brand Coordinator, you’ll be part of the King Employer Brand Team and will be responsible for implementing talent attraction campaigns and initiatives that attract and excite world-class talent while also measuring success. You’ll work on some of the world’s most beloved game franchises, using storytelling, data, and digital tools to elevate our employer brand.

Please note that this role is a temporary position estimated to be 12 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance our career websites to ensure they are engaging and user-friendly
  • Track and analyze the performance of our career sites, optimize their functionality, and enhance the candidate’s experience
  • Analyze site performance and optimize the candidate experience using data-driven insights
  • Support key projects that drive our talent attraction strategy forward

Skills to Create Thrills:

  • 1+ years of professional experience in project management and systems migration
  • Familiarity with managing and editing websites or career platforms
  • Understanding of employer branding and value propositions
  • Experience in-house or at an agency in employer branding or talent marketing
  • Strong skills in copywriting, data analysis, and vendor coordination
