Talent Sourcer (Mobile)

BetterMe, a company established in 2017, provides top-tier physical and mental health solutions tailored for diverse demographics. Their mission is to democratize healthy living. The company is currently expanding its Recruiting team and is seeking a Talent Sourcer. This role involves actively sourcing qualified candidates across various platforms, managing candidate communication, collaborating with the recruiting team and hiring managers, and maintaining the candidate database.

Must Have

• Experience in a Researcher or Sourcer position from 1 year
• Practical experience and knowledge of search tools and platforms
• Experience in market research and analysis
• English language level not lower than Intermediate
• Ability to build effective communication
• High level of self-organization and responsibility, proactivity in work

Your future tasks:

• Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancy requirements, using various channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks;
• Communication with candidates throughout the entire hiring process;
• Close cooperation with the Recruiting team and hiring managers;
• Searching for new contacts and maintaining the database.

What do you need for this?
