The opportunity
Are you motivated to bring organization to processes, programs, and people? The Adobe Design Team in India is seeking an experienced Operations Program Manager to implement and scale recruiting processes and overall business operations for a 100+ sized team. You will have an opportunity to collaborate, deliver results, and directly impact the hiring experience and foster community and growth of the Adobe India Design organization. In this role, you will be a part of a lively, creative organization based out of our India offices either in Noida or Bangalore. What you'll do
Enhance and manage scalable and efficient design recruiting processes with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion.
Partner with talent partners on the planning and execution of Design recruiting events to increase diverse talent pipeline and hires.
Manage budgets for the team, vendor relationships, license management, and new hire onboarding.
Collaborate with design leaders, program managers, and a wide range of cross functional teams to support overall team operations.
Provide support as needed on larger scale Team Operations projects. What you need to succeed
5 +years of experience in recruiting operations and/or business operation roles.
Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across organizations and manage in an environment of ambiguity with diverse partners.
Good conflict resolution abilities and the ability to influence and gain support of leaders and stakeholders.
Ability to use discretion in the handling of highly sensitive, confidential and non-routine information.
Versatile and enjoys a challenge: should be comfortable juggling tasks from the mundane to the more strategic. How to apply
