Girodisc is seeking a technical sales specialist with a background in motorsports or performance automotive applications. This client-facing role involves advising race teams, performance shops, and enthusiasts, providing technical expertise, product recommendations, and troubleshooting support for high-performance vehicles. The specialist will also collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve products based on customer feedback.

Must Have

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and industry partners
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations on brake system selection, fitment, and performance tuning
  • Troubleshoot application and performance issues
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to turn customer feedback into product improvements
  • An understanding of brake system function and performance
  • Familiarity with competing brake brands and performance aftermarket components
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with a customer focused attitude
  • FSAE experience or equivalent real world automotive background

About the Role

Girodisc is seeking a technical sales specialist with a background in motorsports or performance automotive applications. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to race teams, performance shops, and enthusiasts worldwide, providing technical expertise, product recommendations, and troubleshooting support for some of the most exciting vehicles in the world.

This is a client facing technical position, ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background and excellent communication skills. You’ll work closely with our internal engineering, production, and sales teams to uphold Girodisc’s reputation for unmatched customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and industry partners
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations on brake system selection, fitment, and performance tuning based on vehicle application and driver goals
  • Troubleshoot application and performance issues
  • Collaborate with our engineering and manufacturing teams to turn customer feedback and real world issues into product improvements

What We’re Looking For
