- Design Test Plans and manage the overall Test plan development.
- Execution of test cases and scenarios to ensure the functionality of the system.
- Attend LOB Discovery and Requirement/Build Workstreams.
- Responsible for documenting/surfacing issues and updating process steps and knowledge articles with these updates.
- Track overall test progress and defects.
- Creates/maintains test reporting.
- Coordinate resolution and retest of defects.
- Collaborate with the broader testing team to provide feedback on test cases.
- Support in managing a central repository of Test documents, scripts, and materials.
- Working with product managers to prioritize defects and issue resolution.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Test Facilitators and testers.
- Shares defects in conversations with Product and Genesys.
Skills: Experience in/with
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3 – 8 years of Testing experience
- Preferable experience with Python, Automation, Selenium, TSYS and IVR Testing
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
- Project management skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
