Tools- / Powershell Developer

HOLOGATE is seeking a highly skilled Tools / PowerShell Developer to strengthen internal development and IT automation capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining essential tools, scripts, and automation workflows. These solutions will support our infrastructure, development teams, and operational processes, significantly contributing to the stability, scalability, and overall efficiency across all company systems and teams. Must Have

• Design, develop, and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation frameworks
• Build utilities for system monitoring, configuration management, and automated deployment processes
• Extend and modernize existing toolsets
• Collaborate closely with IT, DevOps, and Development teams
• Troubleshoot scripting and tool-related issues
• Create documentation for tools, processes, and workflows
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to the enhancement of infrastructure reliability, security, and efficiency
• Strong experience in PowerShell development, scripting, and automation
• Solid understanding of Windows-based systems, system administration, and configuration management
• Experience developing internal tools or utilities
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, system security, and best practices
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• German language skills (C1/C2) required
