As a VFX Editor/Conform Artist or a Colour Assistant we are looking for someone who is multi-skilled, efficient, solution oriented and technically savvy. Someone who has an interest in Grading and VFX, working in a fun and fast moving company who has a big focus on good service and high quality. The candidate acts as the right hand person to the Colourists or the VFX Artists and Producers.
We are looking for someone for both a part time (mainly evening work, that could be combined with a study) and full time. Be aware that the full time role can require flexible hours (overtime, overnights, weekends as needed).

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and handling conform for VFX and Colour as well as providing technical support.
- Loading EDL & source files for conform, prep artwork for artists and colourists (graphics, slate prep, etc.)
- Setting up and preparing projects for colourists within the Baselight system and assisting with exporting and rendering. Updating Colour timelines with latest VFX.
- Color grading for pickup shots as required.
- QCing delivery packages to ensure the content is always correct. A knowledge of film delivery and broadcast standards is good. This checking is not just technical assessment but is also subjective assessment; looking for image artefacts that may not have been picked up in the final checks of a master by the Colourist or VFX artist.
- Creating and sending WIP postings and delivery packages for clients.
- Data management, archiving and project restores. Keeping files and hard drives organized.
- Supporting producers with communication on file management, technical advice and
- Deliveries. Also maintaining direct communication with the clients to ensure we get correct material.
- Helping with setting up and improving conform and delivery workflows.
- Helping when needed setting up equipment, cables, monitors. etc.
- Working alongside our other Conform artist with all kind of data handling tasks when the house is busy.
- Assisting with VFX dailies and other support for the VFX department.
- Keeping the software up to date and ensuring the team is proficient with this and any new hardware.
- Helping with content creation for SoMe platforms.
- Successful completion of tasks within the set time frame and within 100% accuracy.
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a post or VFX facility.
- Technical mind - great at learning new software.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Resolve and/or Baselight.
- Adobe Media Encoder, Quick Time Pro 7.
- Intermediate IT Skills, preferably with strong knowledge of Mac and Windows.
- Exposure to Post Production, processes and etiquette around high end Commercials, Television Drama and Feature Projects
- Motivated to research and troubleshoot, providing opinions based on fact
- Attention to detail.
- Proactive and solution orientated.
- Culturally driven and committed to doing great work.
- Adaptable to constantly evolving scenarios and being able to pivot as priorities change.
- Calm and personable under pressure, whilst working to tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team in a very fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Superior communication skills in Danish and English, there will be some client contract.
