Experience required:

1-2  years of experience in developing and growing sales and building relationships with key prospects


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to inbound leads from various sources.

  • Conduct discovery calls with clients to gather project requirements and assess their needs.

  • Work closely with internal teams to scope and plan the project, including timelines, deliverables, and budgets.

  • Develop proposals and share costs with clients.

  • Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

  • Build relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

  • Work on building pitch decks and strategies

  • Identify new avenues and opportunities for the company’s growth

  • Understand a prospect’s business needs and work with the expert teams

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments

  • Maintain accurate records of all BD activities and client interactions.

  • Provide regular reports on business performance, pipeline activity, and other key metrics to senior management



Requirements

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a business development role, preferably in a technology product or service setup.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing inbound leads and closing deals.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.

  • Experience in software development, engineering or technology is a plus.
