Job Details

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Country Manager for our operations in Brazil. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing and growing our presence in the Brazilian market, overseeing operations in the country and reporting directly to the company's Chief Strategy Officer.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Create and manage our local operations, team and office
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all Brazilian market stakeholders
  • Work closely with product teams and providers to improve product localisation for the Brazilian market, ensuring alignment with local preferences and regulations
  • Analyse market trends and competitors and collaborate with the global team to align strategies and ensure consistent company goals
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations and compliance with industry standards.
  • Ensure that Brazilian operations, marketing, and products meet company and country quality standards.



Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in online gambling operations in Brazil
  • Strong understanding of the local market and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a globally distributed team
  • Fluency in both English and Portuguese

 

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in online gambling operations
  • Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role

 

Location:

The selected candidate must be based in Brazil, São Paulo.
