Ramsey Solutions is looking for a Director of Product Management within our B2B and B2C area to create business impact through a customer-focused product strategy. Coach our current team of digitally minded, problem-solving, Product Managers and help advance our overall Product Management strategy at Ramsey Solutions by finding new and fresh ways to bring content and software together to create behavior change and instill HOPE.

How We Define Product Management: The job of a product manager is to discover a product that is valuable, usable, and feasible in a way that's viable for our business.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Effectively coach a team of Product Managers
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders
• Partner with the directors User Experience/Design and Software Engineering to establish a product strategy that ties back to the product vision
• High level of business acumen, building partnerships and trust across multiple channels
• Able to cast long term vision of Product Management at Ramsey Solutions

Skills Needed to Win:

• 5+ years of current experience leading and coaching strong Digital Product Managers
• 3+ years as an individual contributor as a Digital Product Manager
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build partnerships and influences at all levels
• The ability to galvanize your team on the vision of our products and Product Management as a whole
• Following the teachings of Marty Cagan's Empowered and Inspired books 

$130,000 - $155,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on level of skill and overall experience.
