Game Strategy Analyst role at TiMi Studio Group in Tokyo requires Japanese fluency and experience in industry research, user research, and business planning.

TiMi is part of the Tencent Games division and is headquartered in Shenzhen, China with offices in Los Angeles, Montreal, Seattle, Shanghai and Chengdu. TiMi strives to create high quality, highly creative games with high fidelity across a wide variety of genres and platforms.

1、日本のゲーム市場および関連業界のトレンド動向を注目していく仕事であり、大手ゲーム企業のトレンド、IP、ゲームジャンル、ゲームプレイなどに焦点を当て分析する。また、市場発展、競争環境、ビジネスインパクトの判断、新たな市場機会の探索に関するインサイトを提供する；

2、業界動向とユーザーインサイトを組み合わせ、各市場とカテゴリ別の市場規模と成長要因を分析し、市場/カテゴリの選択と参入戦略を分析・予測する；

3、プロジェクトチームを支援し、様々な調査テーマを完成させ、インサイトを提供し、プロジェクトの着地支援を図る。

Requirements:

1、学部卒以上；

2、業界研究、ユーザー研究、ビジネスプランニングの経験を持っている（優秀な資格を持つ場合、実務経験の要件を問わない場合も可能である）；

3、日本語ネイティブの方優先；日本語が母国語レベルであり、中国語もしくは英語に堪能であることが望ましい；

4、強い学習能力と自己管理能力を有し、プロジェクトの着地プロセスにおける詳細な作業の方針と意義に賛同する；

5、良好なコミュニケーション能力、対人スキル、優れたチームワーク精神；

6、ゲーム、シューティングゲームに対して強い関心を持ち、ベテランゲーマーの方が望ましい。
