Job Description

The Global Marketing and Partnerships Manager at Build A Rocket Boy will manage worldwide marketing and new business development. Responsibilities include daily marketing needs, managing third-party brand and content partners, developing pitch materials, presentations, style guides, and creative assets. The role also involves assisting with legal documents (LOIs, MSAs, addendums), researching target companies, and collaborating with internal teams on program execution, including managing meetings, securing assets, developing timelines, and processing feedback. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in gaming industry marketing and partnerships, managing multiple clients and projects, and working with international clients and agencies. Strong administrative experience is preferred.

Job Details

The Manager of Global Marketing and Partnerships at Build a Rocket Boy will facilitate various aspects of Marketing and New Business Development on a worldwide basis, including managing day-to-day needs for Marketing and third part brand and content partners as well as assisting with the execution process.  The position is responsible for the development of pitch materials, presentation materials, style guides, creative assets, assisting team with legal documents such as letters-of-intent, master service agreements, and addendums, and conducting research and background on target companies for future brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research brands to understand their business objectives and assist Team with brand outreach and partner negotiation on select opportunities. 
  • Brainstorm and help develop concepts and presentations targeted to specific companies and/or industries. 
  • Develop pitch decks, pitch lists, and concept boards as assigned.
  • Update and manage necessary tracking documents and presentation decks for Marketing and Brand Partnerships.
  • Create style guides, inspiration boards, presentation materials, and other creative elements as needed.
  • Assist Team with execution of programs working closely with brand partners and internal teams to a) manage recurring meetings/scheduling b) secure asset/artwork/creative materials and supply them to partners c) develop and maintain production timelines d) process feedback and obtain necessary approvals.  
  • Work with internal BARB teams to enhance overall Creative Marketing and Partnership efforts. 
  •  Assist Team with brand partner contract development and negotiations in collaboration.
  • Research and track competitive partnerships across the brand and gaming landscape.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience working in Marketing and/or Partnership Marketing in the Gaming industry.
  • Previous experience in interfacing with/or working with external clients and agencies.
  • Previous experience with international clients/contacts preferred.
  • Previous experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Previous administrative experience strongly preferred.
