Overview
We are a relatively new team in Cary with the mandate to design, implement and support a strategic global Finance Regulatory Reporting platform for the Bank. Join us and you will be on the front lines of transformation for this domain - leveraging cutting edge open-source technologies and highly collaborative agile processes to deliver valuable business solutions that you can be proud of. You will share your passion for technical excellence and engage the full depth of your engineering skills in a diverse cross functional team that partners with business and technology experts globally to develop innovative solutions to complex business problems. You will engage with a rich platform that interfaces Java micro services, Python frameworks, React and Angular UIs and Oracle databases as well as Big Data processing with Scala and Spark. You will find opportunities for learning are plenty as the team explores new innovations such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning as well as moving onto Google Cloud.

What You’ll Do
Analyze user requirements and design appropriate solutions that best fit those requirements
Work in a cross functional agile feature team to design, develop, test and maintain solutions – including contributing to automated CI/CD pipelines for applications begin developed
Ensure that solutions are in line with department and domain architecture strategies and contribute to defining and improving those strategies
Work with team members to adopt Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test Drive Development (TDD) practices – including helping to build, maintain and continually implement tests for an automated testing framework that includes unit testing and integration tests across components
Work collaboratively - sharing knowledge and helping mentor teammates in your areas of expertise
How You’ll Lead
Experience driving technical deliveries across teams and mentoring and/or managing junior developers
Engage with business and product stakeholders effectively
Interact with global team leads and collaborate
Skills You’ll Need
Extensive experience in core java (including multi-threading, performance tuning), Spring framework modules including spring boot and REST micro service.
Demonstratable expertise in the architectures and patterns like Distributed System Architecture, Microservices architecture and Hybrid (cloud and on premise) Architectures. Well versed with the various cloud-based design patterns and frameworks.
Experience with frameworks and platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, NoSQL Data stores, caching frameworks, Kubernetes, Docker and build tools such as Maven/Gradle
Experience designing scalable solutions across technologies
Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving skills
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Willingness to work full stack (including front or back end if required)
Bonus: experience developing web applications with React (preferred) or Angular – ideally including development of reporting applications leveraging high performance data grids and reusable components
Quality focus – experience in test frameworks, test planning and execution in distributed systems
Has Finance Reporting background with understanding of banking and financial industry
Hands on experience on GCP services such as Dataproc, Composer, Big Query, Cloud Storage, Kubernetes etc
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Cary is $125,000 to $203,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.

Seit 1. Juli 2020 heißt die Frankfurter Arena Deutsche Bank Park - und erinnert damit im Namen wieder an die Ursprünge. Denn vor rund 100 Jahren entstand die Idee, in der Nähe des Oberforsthauses einen Sportpark zu errichten. Geplant wurden zunächst auf dem 42 Hektar großen Gelände ein Stadion mit etwa 37.000 Zuschauerplätzen, ein Turn- und Festplatz, ein Radstadion sowie ein Schwimmbad. Die Wintersporthalle nebst Laufbahn, die Tennisanlage und 1960 die Eisbahn inmitten des Radstadions kamen später hinzu. Heute sind neben dem mehrfach umgebauten Stadion mit seiner Kapazität von 51.500 Plätzen noch das Schwimmbad, die Wintersporthalle und Beachvolleyballplätze erhalten, zudem sind viele Flächen mittlerweile zu Trainingsplätzen von Eintracht Frankfurt geworden. Das Stadion ist unterdessen neben dem Fußball immer auch für andere Events genutzt worden. Leichtathletikveranstaltungen, Boxkämpfe, Konzerte, Turnfeste, Football und Monstertrucks fanden und finden noch heute statt. Hauptnutzer ist seit 1963 und damit dem ersten Tag der Bundesliga die Eintracht, die hier auch einen großen Titel sicherte: den UEFA-Cup 1980.
