Manage and train full-time and cooperative streamers, ensuring plan implementation and improving live broadcast performance and quality.
Monitor and analyze live broadcast data, adjusting strategies to optimize performance.
Stay updated on game industry and live broadcast platform trends, innovating content and formats.

Job Description

1. Responsible for formulating support plans and policies based on the live broadcast situation and characteristics of each streamer, helping streamers increase the number of online viewers and activity in their live broadcast rooms, and being responsible for streamer game traffic data;

2. Manage and train full-time and cooperative streamers, supervise the implementation of streamer plans, and improve streamers' live broadcast performance and quality;

3. Monitor live broadcast data, analyze live broadcast effects, and adjust strategies in a timely manner to optimize live broadcast performance;

4. Keep up with the latest game industry and live broadcast platform trends, grasp industry trends, and innovate live broadcast content and forms.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, familiar with the rules and operation logic of mainstream live broadcast platforms such as Douyin, Kuaishou, and YY. Experience in live broadcast operations is preferred, and familiarity with chess and card game live broadcast content and Zen Game is a plus.

2. Data sensitive, with strong logical thinking and problem analysis skills, able to quickly identify the root cause of problems and propose practical solutions to drive streamer growth;

3. Responsible and resilient to pressure, able to combine AI tools to improve work efficiency;

4. Possess strong communication and coordination skills, able to communicate and collaborate efficiently with streamers, operation teams, and other departments;
