Our Content Team at Ramsey Solutions is a world-class in-house agency that supports Ramsey’s 15+ business units and digital products. Our Content Team writes and edits everything that goes out of the company—from blog content and magazine articles to emails and training materials. If you’ve ever seen content from Ramsey Solutions, you’ve seen our work.

We’re looking for writers who want to focus on our long-form content and take it to the next level. Think SEO optimized blog articles, or anything over 1,000 words. We want this content to be informative, engaging and inspirational. We’re looking to reach new people, equip them with the information they need and show them how to take the next step, wherever they are on their journey. Here’s what you need to know for this role:

What Winning Looks Like:

• Writing article-length editorial content for the ramseysolutions.com blog and other content distribution channels
• Collaborating with our content marketers and strategists to research key words and create content that wins in organic search
• Championing our brand voice and connecting with our audience through storytelling
• Constantly evaluate what type of content best moves the needle on our KPI’s

Skills Needed to Win:

• 3+ years of experience in professional writing, either in print or online (Experience writing for personal finance, tax or investing topics is a plus.)
• Experience writing SEO optimized articles with a focus on building trust with readers who are new to Ramsey
• Excellent communication skills (after all, words are your thing)
• Ability to share professionally published writing samples (Please include a link to these with your application.)
• Awareness of Associated Press (AP) writing style guidelines
• Application of key word research (Experience with AhRefs is a plus)
• Familiarity with Ramsey Solutions’ teachings and financial principles
