Role as Motion Designer in 1 line :

This role involves creating visually engaging and pedagogically effective learning materials through motion graphics and other formats, collaborating with teams to translate complex concepts, and maintaining design excellence aligned with brand guidelines and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visualizing and developing the syllabus of the courses through explainer videos, motion graphics, trailers/promos, GIFs and other miscellaneous formats.
• Collaborate closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other team members to translate complex concepts into visually engaging and pedagogically effective learning materials.
• Actively researching new strategies of learning and consuming content to benefit learners with different skills and cognitive capabilities.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and design critiques to generate innovative ideas and maintain a high standard of design excellence across all course materials.
• Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the company's visual identity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the company's designs remain fresh and relevant.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in animation design or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a motion designer, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and creativity.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects and Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of storyboarding, editing, and animation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with ideating and executing vector illustrations, and knowledge of Figma are plus points.
