The Partner Account Manager (Support Group Coordinator) will manage a team of outsourced specialists, handle task management, provide statistical reports, and communicate with other departments. The role involves group administration, including fulfilling KPIs and searching for new specialists. We are looking for a Partner Account Manager (Support Group Coordinator)

Your main tasks will be:

    • Manage a team of outsourced specialists
    • Task management for PAM (fulfilling, delegating, coordinating tasks of the group on time)
    • Provide accurate statistical and analytical reports to managers on the regular basis
    • Reporting to the Head of Partner Support Group and to the Head of PAM department
    • Communicating with other departments if required (Analytics, Research Center, IT, etc)
    • Group administration (KPI fulfilling, 1C payment requests, search of new specialists if needed)

    We expect from you:

    • Advanced level of Excel and Google Sheets
    • Data analysis
    • Task management
    • Russian fluency
    • English level is Intermediate or higher required

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
    • Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for time off, merch, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.
