We are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join Palindrome Interactive with a part-time consulting role at FRAME BREAK.
The current allocation of work hours per week between the two studios is 60% Palindrome (24 hours) and 40% at FRAME BREAK (16 hours). The ratio can be altered on a case-by-case basis through agreement with the CEOs.
Both game studios are a part of Amplifier Game Invest and by extension Embracer Group.
As our People & Culture Coordinator you are the supporting function for managers and leads related to personnel questions. You will be in charge of people-processes and administrate people-tools e.g. our HRM and recruitment systems. This is necessary for you to be able to follow up on absence and monthly payroll reports where you will follow up on sick leave and take actions related to employee wellbeing.
In addition, you will be the main driver of work environment initiatives and other administrative tasks related to compliance.
You will work close to the admin teams in each studio and in addition your role will have the support from other HR-professionals on group level within the organisation.

Palindrome Interactive was co-founded by five alumni from the University of Skövde’s game development education in 2015, with the explicit ambition to create some of the world’s best turn-based strategy games.
Palindrome joined up with Goodbye Kansas (now Amplifier Game Invest) in August 2016. It was fully acquired by Embracer Group in August 2020. The studio released its first title “Immortal Realms: Vampire wars” together with industry veteran and strategy game publisher Kalypso in September 2020. The team is now hard at work on their new game Shadowveil: Legend of the Five Rings.
FRAME BREAK was founded in 2020 by a trio of graduates from the game development program at Skövde University. In early 2021, they were acquired by Amplifier Game Invest, part of Embracer Group, and brought into their creative ecosystem.
FRAME BREAK is about making games that break the mold, exploring new genres or creating mashups of existing ones. To do so, they're dedicated to creating a healthy and open work environment where all employees can influence all aspects of the games they develop, regardless of discipline.
