Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience driving the development or implementation of supply chain systems/processes.
  • Experience working within agreement manufacturing.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Certification in Six Sigma, LEAN or Total Quality Management environment.
  • Experience in telecommunications, cloud, or networking technology.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Provide project/program leadership on projects in Forward Supply Operations, Reverse Supply Operations and Geo-expansion Operations.
  • Increase efficiency and effectiveness by identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement through people, policies, processes and tools/technology.
  • Align the organization around the Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and the support team is achieving the agreed targets.
  • Build global frameworks and capabilities.
