QA Lead

A QA LEAD is the person who coordinates the testing process for a project, to meet the quality, budget, and timeline constraints, by planning and implementing efficient work methods. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Assumes ownership of assigned projects and drive them to success by creating, implementing, and updating an efficient test plan, that thoroughly covers the needs and the specifics of the project. 

• Builds an efficient and motivated team, leads by example, and provide timely feedback and support. Acts as a mentor, ensuring constructive feedback, efficiently organising meetings. 

• Develops and maintains strong relationships with external partners.  

• Identifies and prepares test designs in line with client and project requirements. 

• Raises flags and provides solutions related to the project or the team when the situation requires it. 

• Manages the allocation of resources (testers and tested hours) for an optimum flow of the project. 

• Keeps track of project timeline and milestones and proactively identifies and communicates relevant risks or opportunities. 

• Handles validations and reports related to different milestones of the project. 

We’re looking for: 

• 1+ years of experience in coordinating QA Teams. 

• Good people skills, oriented towards the needs of the team. 

• Highly autonomous with a problem solver mindset. 

• Analytical and organized in approaching the project and the tasks at macro-level. 

• Experience in dealing with tight deadlines and pressure. 

• Good use of standard business software applications (MS Office). 

• Experience with Jira or similar databases. 

• Knowledge of different gaming platforms (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo) is a plus. 

• Familiarity with a variety of online test management systems. 

• High flexibility to shifts, able to accommodate client requests. 

 What will happen once you decide to apply? 

• We will ask you to complete a short English Levelling Test. 

• You will complete a theoretical test in our Office, and an HR interview. 

• You will go through a practical test in our Office, and an extended interview with a Hiring Manager.
