Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate QA Tester to join our team. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our casino games and applications and you will also perform QA on CRM, new feature, integration & releases. You will work closely with the operations, project and the development team to identify, report, and resolve bugs and issues to maintain the high standards of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up a QA structure for all relevant departments.
• Conduct thorough testing of casino games and promotions to identify and document issues.
• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Collaborate with CRM, OPS, DEV, designers, and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on functionality and usability.
• Perform regression testing to ensure that resolved issues do not reoccur.
• Participate in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Track and report on testing progress, and provide detailed reports on identified issues.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QA Tester or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with manual testing; knowledge of automated testing is a plus.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in the gaming industry, particularly in social or online casinos, is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
