- Desenvolver e implementar planos estratégicos de vendas para alcançar os objetivos da empresa e aumentar a participação no mercado.
- Construir e manter relacionamentos sólidos com clientes-chave, garantindo altos níveis de satisfação e fidelidade do cliente
- Liderar negociações complexas e fechar negócios de alto valor com clientes potenciais.
- Gestão de pipeline / CRM;
- Acompanhar as métricas de performance da companhia, ajustando direcionamento para sua performance;
- Prospecção de novos clientes e realização de cold call;
O que precisa ter:
- Experiência recente na área Comercial/Técnica de Seguros
- Forte habilidade comercial;
- Boa comunicação oral e escrita;
- Excelente conhecimento em produtos de seguros;
- Formação Superior Completa, desejável Pós-graduação;
- Experiência com Pacote Office;
- Disponibilidade para viagens
