As an SCM Order Management Intern, you will be responsible for accurately entering orders into the system based on contracts/POs after system review and coordinating with demand planners to provide order delivery commitments. You will monitor production status, follow up on order progress, and initiate approval processes for special requests. Additionally, you will confirm payments with finance according to the payment methods specified in the orders, prepare documents and receipts for customers as requested by the business, and assist in signing and paying for sales orders. You will also maintain customer master data according to sales contracts, complete system reviews and operations, and accurately record shipping data, organize and archive related documents, and cooperate with internal and external audits.
