Job Description

The Opportunity: 

*1st shift only*  

The warehouse associate performs a variety of tasks in the warehouse and toy store, keeping the flow of product moving, maximizing sales.

What Your Impact Will Be: 

Warehouse & Inventory Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process deliveries, elevate discrepancies to management as required.
  • Price and label product and existing inventory accurately.
  • Organize and place product in correct locations.
  • Update inventory accurately when product is added or deleted to locations.
  • Audit inventory and perform cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment using safety standards.
  • Pull product needed to replenish toy store shelves.

Toy Store Responsibilities & Standards

  • Replenish shelves, ensure signage is accurate and current, merchandise product correctly according to visual guidelines.
  • Move product to the sales floor for stocking based on inventory, sales reports and new inventory received.
  • Other related duties as assigned 

Qualifications

  • Highly self-motivated team players with a positive attitude and a great work ethic.
  • Highly organized and pays attention to small details.
  • Impeccable time management
  • Dependable and responsible with an excellent attendance record.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and be flexible to changes in priorities and schedules
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment

 A successful candidate must have: 

  • Excellent organizational & communication skills
  • The ability to work efficiently with urgency unsupervised.
  • Capability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to bend and stretch - ability to lift 25 pounds
  • Flexible availability. Must work Saturday's 
  • 1st shift at least 3 days per week. Full time hours available though. 

The base hourly rate for this position is $17.00 per hour. 
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base hourly rate will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
