Summary

As a Senior Associate, Hospitality at DraftKings, you will coordinate hosting experiences for top customers, including suite hosting at sporting events, concerts, and golf outings. You'll partner with the VIP team to understand player preferences, manage event logistics (ticket distribution, player communication), and design internal/external events showcasing the DraftKings brand. Responsibilities include identifying key learnings after events, brainstorming improvements, and becoming an expert on your region's key events. The role requires excellent customer service, communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in gaming, hospitality, or events are required.

As a Hospitality Associate, you’ll play a key role in the growth and development of our users by driving the logistics and execution of can’t-miss experiences, as well as assisting the company as a whole with various events to achieve strategic initiatives. What you'll do as Senior Associate, Hospitality

  • Coordinate hosting experiences for our top customers, including suite hosting at sporting events, concerts, golf outings and more.​

  • Partner with our VIP team to gain insights on player preferences for hospitality, while staying up to date on key events within a given region of states.

  • Manage a library of assets across your region & cover all event logistics– distributing tickets, leading player communications and more.

  • Design various internal and external events to showcase the DraftKings brand.

  • Partner with VIP to identify key learnings following an event and brainstorm ways to improve events year over year.

  • Consistently striving to improve the DraftKings event experience, thinking critically and creatively about ways to make our hospitality the most impactful it can be.

  • Become an expert on your region of states – constantly staying up to date on key sporting events, concerts, restaurants, venues and other marquee events that would be of interest for our customers.

What you'll bring  

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field. 

  • At least 2 years of related experience in the Gaming, Hospitality, or Events industries.

  • You are passionate about improving the customer experience, solving problems, and driving positivity amongst the team.

  • Well organized and high attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously often under challenging time constraints.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Have an ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.

  • Must be based in MST or PST time zones.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 66,200.00 USD - 82,800.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
