Summary

The CRM Specialist at DraftKings will support daily marketing operations for their Online Casino vertical. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the online casino industry, and possess strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills. HTML experience and a data-driven approach are also valuable.

The Crown Is Yours

DraftKings is looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and wants to grow within a tech-focused marketing team. As a CRM Specialist, you will support daily operations of the marketing channel for our Online Casino vertical. You will play a key role in ensuring all marketing communications adhere to best practices and deliver an exceptional customer experience, along with ensuring all required partners are aligned on promotional offers at any given point in time. Our company is agile and values high levels of autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven approach.

What you’ll do as a CRM Specialist:

  • Strategize campaign calendar to engage, re-activate, and monetize player base.

  • Identify opportunities and manage personalized customer lifecycle campaigns to upsell users into new products, retain high-value users, and grow LTV.

  • Execute structured tests and lead analysis of results to maximize business impact.

  • Work cross-functionally with a broad set of Revenue Operations, Analytics, and Product partners to incorporate new product enhancements, A/B tests, and internal toolsets.

  • Measure, report, and analyze campaign performance and test results, sharing learnings cross-functionally.

  • Write emails, push notifications, and in-app messages aligned to our marketing standards, brand guidelines, and channel best practices


What skills you will use:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience.

  • Strong preference for experience in the online casino industry.

  • Detail-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Data-driven and strategic thinker with a passion for gaming.

  • HTML experience a plus

  • Experience with A/B testing and leading strategic initiatives

  • Proven experience as a self-starter who is comfortable in a fast paced, quickly changing environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 88,000.00 USD - 110,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
