- You bring 5+ years of experience in gaming industry recruitment, with a particular focus on Free-to-Play (F2P) models.
- You are skilled in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, with the ability to advise senior leaders throughout the hiring process.
- As a problem solver, you effectively use all available resources to create and execute sourcing strategies that attract top talent.
- You thrive in an environment where ambiguity and change are constant, you will adapt quickly and find innovative solutions to evolving challenges.
