Role Overview:

As the Senior VFX Artist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality visual effects that bring our celebrity-themed match 3 game to life. You will work closely with the art, design, and development teams to ensure that the visual effects are seamlessly integrated into the gameplay, enhancing the overall player experience. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders and contribute to the success of an exciting new project.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create high-quality visual effects for the match 3 game, including particle effects, explosions, and other dynamic elements.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and developers to integrate visual effects seamlessly into the game.
• Optimize visual effects for performance and compatibility across various platforms and devices.
• Troubleshoot and debug VFX issues to maintain a smooth and enjoyable player experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual effects, incorporating new techniques and technologies into the project.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior VFX artists, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a VFX artist, preferably in the gaming industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in VFX software, such as Unity's VFX Graph, Adobe After Effects, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of visual effects principles, particle systems, and user experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
• Passion for gaming and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to create immersive and engaging visual experiences.
