Job Description
The DSCSA Serialization Analyst primarily works to support the serialization of the pharmaceutical supply chain. This includes direct interaction with clients and customers alike in working through implementations, testing, support of production integrations as the effective and efficient support of supply chain issues and requests.
Responsibilities and Duties

Interfaces directly with both clients and their customers concerning Serialization integration for the support of DSCSA regulatory compliance
Support of client and customer DSCSA implementation with the various EPCIS file formats. Includes the generation and communication of test files and support of the move to production.
Resolution and communication of revised EPCIS files for the support of shipment variances that may arise.
Interfaces with the EDI team for the support of DSCSA electronic documents

Support current day-to-day serialization activities and manage documentation of projects.
Coordinate with vendors and other technology teams to implement serialization project and analyze open issues to find solutions
Background and understanding of the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) and Electronic Product Code Information Services (EPCIS)
XML file-based data exchange and analysis
Good to have an understanding of Tracelink, Rfxcel, and other Serialization solution providers.

Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
Education Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Experience and/or Training Must have EDI experience. Preference for those with EPCIS / XML experience. Knowledge of AS2, sFTP and other communications.
Licenses/Certificates N/A
Technology/Equipment Sterling Integrator experience a plus
