solve their hair loss, beard growth, fitness, and nutrition concerns by offering personalized treatment

plans and access to expert doctors and health coaches.

Be Body Wise is an online women’s elective health platform, serving 4M+ women every year by

providing personalized solutions and doctor consults across concerns for hair health, body care, sleep,

and nutrition.

Little Joys is an online health platform for kids, helping 2M+ parents every year solve for their child’s

physical, mental, and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition,

immunity, brain health, bone health with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.

We’re looking for an Instagram social marketing expert to scale our digital advertising

efforts and execute content

Responsibilities:

● Brainstorm content and articulate it into simple eye-catching visuals.

● Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

● Collaborate with other teams, like marketing and sales to ensure brand consistency

● Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor

customer reviews

● Execute reels, photoshoots

● Post and experiment weekly with timings, and hashtags.

● Lead the ideation, creation and management of Instagram ad creatives working

closely with our in-house design teams

● Stay informed of relevant industry and paid media platform trends and best practices.

Requirements:

● Must have good understanding of design, content, and trending Instagram post curated

for parents

● Proactive self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple projects

● Proven work experience as a Social media manager

● Meticulous, Detailed Oriented & Organised

● Fast learner who will embrace the opportunity to take on more responsibility quickly

● Someone who is willing to constantly try different approaches and is okay with multiple of

them failing, till the right approach is identified.

● Ability to succeed in a fast-paced team environment

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
