Job Description

As a Solutions Consultant III at Google, you'll collaborate with Google Sales and Business organizations to understand customer technical and product requirements for designing enterprise solutions. This involves leveraging expertise in Android enterprise, Zero touch, Android OS, and leading EMM solutions to develop strategies and resolve technical challenges. You'll work with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Business) to deploy Android enterprise solutions, manage applications via the managed Google Playstore, and gather customer feedback to drive product enhancements. Identifying and mitigating risks across users/partners/clients is also a key responsibility. The role demands a strong understanding of Android/Pixel security, configuration, and management, along with the ability to analyze trends and propose solutions.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5 years experience in technical project management or customer-facing role
Experience with mobile devices, mobile APIs, or EMM solutions
Understand Android enterprise, Zero touch, Android OS and leading EMM solutions

Good to have:

Master's degree in relevant field
Enterprise certifications
5 years experience managing projects with analytics, software coding, or web technologies
Experience with EMM solutions (Intune, Workspace One, Ivanti etc.)
Experience with Android/Pixel, Android Enterprise/Zero touch
Understanding of network security

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
Certified in enterprise certifications.
5 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
Experience with any one of the following Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM)/Mobility solutions such as In tune, Workspace One, Ivanti etc.
Experience with Android/Pixel, Android Enterprise/Zero touch.
Understanding of the network security to support enterprise sales/business development teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$157,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Understand Android enterprise, Zero touch, Android Operating System (OS) and leading Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions and Identify technical solutions and develop strategies for resolution.
Develop solutions for Pixel customers by working with Google's Internal Product, Engineering, Sales and Business teams.
Deploy Android enterprise solutions including understanding of Android/Pixel security, configuration and management of both in-house and third-party applications via managed Google Playstore.
Gather customer feedback including bugs and new feature requests on both the Android platform and Partner solutions to drive product enhancements.
Help identify trends of solution issues across users/partners/clients and collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risks in the future with some guidance.
