Job Description

As a Sound Director at RIOT MUSIC, you will be responsible for all aspects of music production, from planning and assigning creators to directing and completing audio recordings for each artist. This includes managing schedules, budgets, and all sections of the music production, and even CD releases and promotional strategies. You will handle vocal recording engineering and direction, plan and execute music production, edit audio, create materials, order and inspect audio files, create and set up live broadcasts, and other channel management tasks. The role is key to the success of RIOT MUSIC’s virtual artist record label operations.

Must have:

Experience with DAW production and editing (personal projects accepted).
Engineering or direction experience for vocal recording (personal projects accepted).
3+ years of practical experience as a Sound Producer or Sound Director.
Experience in handling business emails.
Interest and knowledge of the music industry.

Good to have:

Experience in the production of music content.
Knowledge of rights, distribution, and sales in the music industry.
Studio work experience.
Experience in music production and direction.
Experience in artist management and production.

■募集背景
RIOT MUSICの各プロジェクトにて各チャンネルの成長を促進する為、サウンドディレクターを募集します。将来的には、オリジナル楽曲の企画・制作進行等を含めたアーティストのサウンドプロデュースといった、コンテンツの根幹に関わることも出来ます。

業務内容

各アーティストの楽曲企画からクリエイターのアサイン、ディレクション、音源完成まで楽曲制作を1からご担当いただきます。さらにはCDのリリース計画やプロモーション策定など、音楽部分における全セクションの責任者となるポジションです。

・ボーカルレコーディングのエンジニアリング、ディレクション
・楽曲制作に関わる企画・制作進行（スケジュール・予算管理等）
・音声編集・資料作成
・音源等、制作物の発注・検収
・生放送番組の制作、セッティング
・その他チャンネル運営業務

必須スキル

・DAWを用いた制作・編集経験(個人制作でも可)
・ボーカルレコーディングのエンジニアリングもしくはディレクション経験(個人制作でも可)
・サウンドプロデューサーないしサウンドディレクターとしての実務経験3年以上
・ビジネスメールの対応経験
・音楽業界に対する興味、知見
