This internship provides a hands-on experience as a Tesla Advisor, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences, from initial contact to vehicle delivery. Responsibilities include interacting with customers in-store, answering inquiries, scheduling test drives, effectively presenting Tesla's product ecosystem, managing the sales and delivery process, ensuring a smooth delivery experience, conducting comprehensive vehicle orientations, and handling paperwork. The role necessitates strong communication skills, proactive engagement, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Interns will be integral in supporting Tesla's mission of accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy.
Must have:
- Valid Driver's License
- Currently enrolled university student
- Excellent communication skills

- Availability for weekend work

- お客様が来店された際、適切なタイミングで歩み寄り、お客様と会話をはじめます
- 将来のカスタマーもしくは現テスラオーナーに、コール/メール/テキスト、もしくはイベントを通じて、テスラのプロダクトを紹介、質問に回答します。
- 健全な営業活動を維持するために、顧客の連絡先情報を獲得し、購入意向を表すまたは潜在的顧客と試乗をスケジュールし、案内します
- テスラのエコシステムをお客様へ効果的に紹介、販売をし、デリバリーまでサポートします
- 販売と納車の全体的なサイクルを通して、素晴らしい顧客体験を提供します
- お客様の購入経験においてコミュニケーションの主な窓口となります
- 初日から納車日まで、購入とデリバリーの流れに関するすべての詳細をお客様に説明します
- お客様へのデリバリー予定に備え、車両の準備を確認、確報します
- お客様のニーズに合わせた包括的な車両オリエンテーションを実施し、新たなオーナーを教育します
- 納車日にお客様の下取りと書類手続きを行います
- ビジネスのニーズを満足させるためにその他の責任事項を実施します
- 普通自動車免許取得必須
- 現在在学中の大学生の方、既卒の方
- 勤務期間：3か月ごとに契約更新
- 勤務日数：週3回以上 (土・日・祝日勤務可能な方)
- 給与：時給1,400円
