Tesla's EMEA Service Parts Operations team seeks a Training Coordinator to manage training program scheduling and organization across Southern and Western Europe. This role involves coordinating with trainers, developers, and project managers to ensure high-quality training across various formats (online, in-person, virtual). Responsibilities include managing registration, addressing inquiries, onboarding new hires, communicating with stakeholders, supporting trainers with materials, reporting on training impact, and identifying process/skill gaps. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, experience coordinating large-scale events, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is essential, with additional language skills (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or French) highly valued.
Must have:
  • Manage training planning, registration, and scheduling.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for training inquiries.
  • Onboard new hires and track their training progress.
  • Communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, and learners.
  • Support trainers in ordering materials and report on training impact.
  • Identify process/skill gaps and prioritize training based on impact.

What to Expect

The EMEA Service Parts Operations team is seeking a highly organized and personable Training Coordinator to manage the scheduling and organization of our growing portfolio of training programs across Southern and Western Europe. The Coordinator will work with our distributed team of technical trainers, content developers, and project managers to ensure that Tesla delivers high-quality, expertly organized training at multiple training locations and in multiple formats. He or she will be the first point of contact for our parts operations employees and should be passionate about communicating with and supporting people from diverse backgrounds and countries. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to flex quickly across multiple priorities, from supporting the training team to interacting with our learners.  

In our team, learning is much more than a classroom experience; we develop and deliver online courses, in-person training, virtual sessions, and self-paced learning resources while also cross-training and supporting a distributed network of coaches in our parts field to spread our impact to the local level. The Coordinator will be familiar with the full curriculum and will ensure that the systems and processes of the training team are up-to-date, effective, and understood by all. This is a great opportunity for a structured individual to bring their planning and organizational skills to contribute to the success of our creative, passionate team of learning specialists.  

This role will report to the Parts Manager and can be based in Paris, Amsterdam, Madrid, Lisbon, Barcelona or Milan. 

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the parts training planning, registration, and scheduling processes across Southern and Western Europe 
  • Serve as the first point of contact for training-related inquiries from across multiple roles in Service Parts Organization and triage the requests as needed
  • Oversee the onboarding and training of new hires joining EMEA parts teams, including managing and tracking their training curricula within Tesla's learning management system
  • Communicate with parts managers, supervisors and learners regarding training registration / cancellation, pre-requisites, and other logistical details
  • Support regional trainers in ordering training materials required for training and prepare reports to continuously measure and communicate the reach and impact of our training programs
  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and follow up of training and process improvement projects
  • Identify process/skill gaps, prioritize training based on the impact of the gaps identified
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with evidence of exceptional ability, including demonstrated success in remotely coordinating and scheduling events for large audiences (1,000+ participants) 

  • Skilled in delivering frontline support for customer and employee training inquiries and requests, with experience coordinating training schedules across multiple locations 

  • Proven experience in tracking and reporting training data, with expertise in reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau considered a plus 

  • General automotive knowledge, systems, components, and related technologies is preferred 

  • Proactive self-starter with outstanding time management skills and a keen eye for detail, capable of thriving in fast-paced environments and handling ambiguity with ease 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with knowledge of Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or French being an added advantage 

  • Valid driver's license
