Job Description
As a Visual Designer – UI & Marketing, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between creative marketing design and modern UI/UX. You will design responsive interfaces for websites, microsites, and landing pages while building wireframes, mock-ups, and clickable prototypes. You will create visuals for social media, digital ads, and other marketing materials. The role requires collaboration with web developers and upholding brand guidelines. The goal is to captivate, convert, and connect with audiences across digital touchpoints. You will be the visual voice of the brand. You'll also be working with UI design and marketing creatives, showcasing your mastery of design tools and understanding of UX best practices.
Must have:
- Design responsive interfaces for websites.
- Create visuals for social media and ads.
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field.
- 6-8 years of visual design experience.
- Mastery of design tools (Adobe, Figma, etc.).
- Strong portfolio of UI and marketing work.
- Strong understanding of design principles.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

- Experience in creative agencies.
- Motion design skills.
- Familiarity with agile workflows.

What You’ll Do
UI Design Excellence
- Design clean, intuitive, responsive interfaces for websites, microsites, landing pages, and digital tools.
- Build wireframes, mock-ups, and clickable prototypes that bring ideas to life.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Conduct UI audits and contribute to elevating the overall user experience.
- Stay on top of trends in UI/UX, pushing our digital presence forward.
Marketing Design Impact
- Create compelling visuals for social media, digital ads, infographics, brochures, whitepapers, eBooks, and more.
- Conceptualize and design creative campaigns that align with our brand and business goals.
- Uphold and evolve brand guidelines across global and regional initiatives.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in visual design, with at least 3 years focused on UI design.
- Mastery of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other modern platforms.
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing both UI design and marketing creatives.
- Deep understanding of typography, grids, color theory, branding, and UX best practices.
- Experience designing for responsive and interactive web/mobile platforms.
- Strong creative instincts paired with razor-sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
Bonus Points For
- Experience in creative agencies or technology-focused companies.
- Motion design skills using After Effects, Canva, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with agile workflows or sprint-based design cycles.
