Job Description

The Warehouse Manager oversees all warehouse operations, including receiving and picking. Key responsibilities include problem-solving, process improvement, and implementing supply chain strategies. This role requires collaboration with the Sr. Manager – Warehouse and Distribution to meet daily operational goals in quality, inventory accuracy, and cost. The Manager will partner with other integration center leaders for smooth material flow. Responsibilities encompass team management and development, safety protocol implementation, quality initiative execution, inventory control, material distribution, and collaboration with various departments (inventory, production, purchasing, vendors). Equipment maintenance and vendor management are also included.

The Warehouse Manager is responsible directly managing the operations of all warehouse tasks including receiving and picking activities in the warehouse. This role is responsible for problem solving, process implementation and improvement as while as implementing the overall supply chain strategy within their departments. This person will work directly with the Sr. Manager - Warehouse and Distribution to ensure that daily operational goals within quality, inventory accuracy and cost expectations are maintained. They will partner with other leaders in the integration center to ensure a smooth flow of material through the supply chain.

What You'll Do

  • Manages and develops people with a people first focus and demonstrates the company values.

  • Responsible for creating and upholding a culture of “Safety First” and promotes good work and manufacturing practices to keep people safe. Implements new safety protocols and ensure everyday adherence.

  • Responsible for managing quality initiatives and ensures people adherence to quality guidelines and processes.

  • Executes on warehouse framework that enables warehouse process rules to be followed including those related to inventory control.  

  • Ensures work is properly distributed within the warehouse and assures the material is received in a timely manner and dispersed to it proper location.

  • Works directly with inventory team to ensure proper internal inventory processes are being followed and work to solve complex inventory issues.

  • Work directly with production leadership to ensure material is received to the line in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Inspect, maintain, and manage warehouse equipment and vehicles. Ensure all safety protocols are followed.

  • Work directly with purchasing team and occasionally with vendors to ensure just in time part replenishments.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or another related field

  • 5+ years in operations/supply chain experience

  • 5+ years in a leadership role and managing a team.

  • Experience in setting up WMS systems. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 a plus but not required

  • Certification in OSHA-30 preferred but not required.

Pay Range

$77,046 - $143,087 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
