2.负责重点疾病领域的学术知识的深入管理,关注领域内学术进展,与客户医学团队保持专业沟通
3.带领团队参与公司新业务的开拓,参与公司重要业务决策的制定
4.负责医学团队的培训和日常管理,提升团队工作效率
1、临床医学或药学相关专业,硕士以上学历,英文写作及沟通能力良好
2、5-7年以上医药健康传播领域医学编辑、医学经理工作经验,独立负责过单个或多个品牌的医学策略及医学编辑工作,具备团队管理经验
3、工作积极,善于学习,善于沟通,有很好的团队激励能力,能承受较大的工作压力
4、有心血管、肿瘤或糖尿病领域服务经验者优先
5、有同行业经验者或外资药企医学部工作经验者优先
