According to storyboards or original designs, and based on the requirements of the art director and animation director, complete creature animations that conform to the game's style (including but not limited to animals, cute creatures, dragons, etc.). Create interactive animations between creatures and the environment/players, express different creature behaviors through animation, demonstrate correct and reasonable movement effects, give life to creatures, and create a vivid world atmosphere.
2. Responsible for the quality and progress of project animation outsourcing, coordinating and promoting outsourcing work smoothly.
3. According to gameplay goals, communicate closely with upstream and downstream teams, debug and optimize animations in the engine, and collaboratively achieve a reasonable game experience.
1. Experience in cinema-level animated film production (proficient in creature animation performance), or five years or more of industry experience.
2. Possess a certain aesthetic ability for poses and a good sense of animation rhythm.
3. Excellent sense of shot composition and design ability, capable of producing Layout camera movements.
4. Strong desire and ability to perform, with rich imagination.
5. Deep understanding of creature anatomy and kinematics, capable of designing reasonable and believable action performances for real and fictional creatures.
6. Extensive experience playing 3D games is a plus; please attach the names of the main games played and the duration of play.
7. Motion capture experience and ability is a plus; familiarity with mainstream engines like Unity3D, UE4 is a plus.
8. Possess excellent communication skills, planning and execution ability, teamwork ability, creativity, and a high degree of professionalism, able to efficiently complete work tasks under pressure.
