Job Details
Role Brief – The Gen AI Consulting Leader will be responsible for working with our clients across industry sectors to present our Gen AI capabilities, identify their problems that can be solved with Gen AI, proposing solutions to these problems, close deals to implement proposed solutions and oversee solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Gen AI business growth
- Market sensing to understand changing dynamics and evolve service and solution portfolio
- Grow Gen AI business in key accounts
- Lead and manage Gen AI engagements
- Elevate our brand visibility with thought leadership in Gen AI through the right channels and right forums like alliances and analysts
- Partner with the Centers of Excellence to bring together various technology capabilities to build domain centric business solutions using Gen AI
Desired leadership and consulting skills include:
- Ability to lead large consulting programs
- Ability to drive strategy and initiatives by partnering with clients at the executive level
- Ability to internally collaborate with practice and Brillio leadership team to push growth agenda for the practice ahead
- Ability to break down complex problems into clear and simple terms
- People leadership
